摘要
总结了2003~2004年作者对半滑舌鳎(Cynoglossussemilaevis Günther)工厂化育苗技术的开发研究结果,论述了半滑舌鳎苗种生产过程的关键技术。通过改进亲鱼培育条件和强化培育、受精卵孵化条件的综合调控、加强饵料的合理搭配和投喂、水环境调控等技术措施,提高了苗种成活率,完善了半滑舌鳎苗种生产技术工艺,取得了良好的育苗效果。两年间在莱州、海阳、胶南3个试验基地分别培育出全长30~40mm的半滑舌鳎苗种84.8万尾、131万尾和61.5万尾,单位面积平均出苗量分别为1696尾/m2、1985尾/m2和2050尾/m2,苗种成活率分别达到20.2%、25.5%和30.9%。在国内首次实现了半滑舌鳎苗种规模化生产连续成功并突破百万尾大关。
This paper presents the results of large-scale seedling production of Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther from 2003 to 2004 together with those key technologies like broodstock cultivation, egg incubation and larviculture were summarized These technologies were proved to be operative since a total of 2.7 millions of post larvae (Total length 30-40 mm) was obtained in the hatcheries of Laizhou, Jiaonan and Haiyang. Within these three hatcheries, the seedling cultivation density averaged 1 696, 1 985 and 2 050 per square meter, respectively in 2003 and 2004. The survival rates reached 20. 2% ,25.5%and 30.9%, respectively. This is the first record in China on large-scale (magnitude up to millions of level) seedling rearing of Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther.
