摘要
目的:探讨关黄柏的提取工艺。方法:以盐酸小檗碱的含量及出膏率为综合指标,应用单因素试验及 L9(34)正交试验设计优选关黄柏的最佳提取工艺。结果:对综合指标进行方差分析表明,乙醇浓度对盐酸小檗碱的含量和出膏率的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而提取时间和乙醇倍数对其影响差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),最终确定提取的最佳工艺为A2B1C1,即8倍量75%乙醇提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优选得到的工艺简单、稳定,提取率高。
Objecteve: To study the optimization for extraction process of Cortex Phellodendri. Methods: The content of berberine and the yield of extracts were used as the assessment index, by adopting orthogonal experimental design optimized the extraction process of Cortex Phellodendri. Results: The optimal conditions for the extraction were A2B1C1 ,that were with an amount of 8 times of 75% alcohol for 1 hour and 3 times of extractions, the extracting grate of berberine can reach higher content. Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
