云南服务业发展循环经济的对策研究

On the Policies for Developing Cyclic Economy of the Services Industry in Yunnnan

随着第一、二产业循环经济的发展,客观上要为其服务的服务业加快发展循环经济。本文在分析服务业特点和云南服务业发展现状及发展循环经济的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁的基础上,运用循环经济的思想方法,提出了云南服务业发展循环经济的思路、目标、基本原则和相应的政策。尤其强调近期云南要优先发展静脉产业、旅游业和物流业这三大产业。

The development of the cyclic economy in the primary and secondary industries makes it necessary to quicken the relevant cyclic economy of the services industry. Through an analysis of the traits of the services industry and Yunnan＇s services industry and its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats for such development, the paper proposes its development ideas, goals, basic principles and corresponding policies from the perspective of cyclic economy. It emphasizes the necessity of giving priority to the development of vein industry, tourism and logistics industry.
