摘要
双向凝胶电泳是目前蛋白质组学研究最常用的技术之一,近年来,在前列腺癌的研究中也有很多实际应用,取得了一些成果。本文按照双向电泳的样品来源,分类综述了目前基于双向电泳的蛋白质组学技术在寻找前列腺癌肿瘤标记物、药物靶标和阐明其发生发展机理研究中的应用。
The two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE) is one of the most widely used proteomics techneques. It has been practically utilized in the researches of prostate cancer recently. According to the different prostate cancer samples, the applicfions of 2-DE based proteomics techneques in the search of tumor markers, drug targets as well as in elucidating of the mechanisms of prostate cancer development and progression were reviewed in this article.
