摘要
采用添加表面活性剂、机械搅拌、调节pH值等手段,对长期暴露于空气中的Si-C-N纳米粉体在水介质中的分散行为进行了研究。结果表明:经过处理后的Si-C-N纳米粉体悬浮液的平均粒度可达25.5nm,接近粉体的本征尺寸,稳定时间达12天。
For improving dispersion properties of Si/C/N nanopowders, the dispersion behavior of Si/C/N nanopowders exposured in air for long time in water was investigated by methods of adding surfactant, mechanical stirring and adjusting pH values of the water. The results show that the average particle size is 25.5 nm in the suspensions, which is approached to the original diameter of Si/C/N nanpowders. The time of stability of the dispersed Si/C/N nanopowders reachs 12 days.
