摘要
研究回火温度、时间和次数对Fe-5%V-5%W-5%Mo-5%Cr-3%Nb-2%Co-2%C(Fe-V-W-Mo)组织和性能的影响。结果表明,回火温度低于350℃,Fe-V-W-Mo合金硬度变化不明显,超过350℃,随着回火温度升高,硬度先逐渐降低,在475℃左右开始回升,在525℃时,达到最高值。Fe-V-W-Mo合金经一次回火后,硬度基本达到最高值,三次回火后,硬度反而降低。回火温度低于475℃,Fe-V-W-Mo合金韧性随回火温度升高而提高。超过475℃,韧性下降。回火温度超过525℃后,韧性又出现提高。在500-550℃回火,Fe-V-W-Mo合金具有优异的耐磨性。
The influence of tempering temperature, tempering time and tempering times on microstructures and properties of Fe-5% V-5 % W-5% Mo-5% Cr-3% Nb-2% Co-2% C (Fe-V-W-Mo) alloy were researched. Results show that no significant change of hardness of Fe-V-W-Mo alloy is observed when tempered below 350°C, however, the hardness decreases gradually as the tempering temperature increases till around 475°C, and then increases again to a top value at about 525°C, but the hardness of the alloy reaches nearly the highest values after one time temper and decreases after tempering for three times. The toughness of the Fe-V-W-Mo alloy increases with increasing tempering temperature to 475°C and then decreases until the temperature reaches 525°C. The hardness increases again when tempering temperature is higher than 525°C. The excellent wear resistance can be obtained by tempering at 500-550°C.
