摘要
通过测量Cu-Cr-Zr-Y合金时效过程中的导电率变化和导电率与时效析出相的转变量之间的内在关系,计算出时效过程中析出相的转变比率,并确定了不同温度下描述时效析出相转变比率与时效时间关系的Avrami经验方程。在此基础上,确定了一定温度下导电率随时效时间变化的导电率方程。同时用固态热分解反应机理的微分方程,验证了用Avrami经验方程来描述合金的析出过程是正确的。
The transformation ratio of new phase in solid solutioned Cu-Cr-Zr-Y alloy during aging was calculated based on the measurement of its electric conductivity and the inherent relation between electric conductivity and the quantity of precipitates in the alloy.The Averami formulation describing the relation between phase transformation ratio and aging time was derived.The equation,which gives the variation of electric conductivity with aging time was then deduced.Though differential functions of the reactive mechanism of thermal decomposition of solid solution,the Averami formulation for describing the kinetics of the phase transformation is vilidated.
