摘要
血管紧张素转换酶相关羧肽酶(angiotensin-converting enzyme related caeboxyy peptidase),又称血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2),为肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)的新成员,在RAS中有拮抗ACE并减少血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)形成的作用,因此在高血压、心力衰竭、心肌梗死、肾病的发生发展中有着重要的病理生理意义。同时ACE2为SARS-CoV S蛋白的功能性受体,对其的深入研究对重症急性呼吸综合征(severe acute respiratoty svndrome SARS)的防治也有重要价值。
