超声在成人急腹症诊断中的应用价值(附395例分析)

The value of ultrasound in diagnosis of acute abdomen in adults (report of 395 cases)

目的:探讨超声检查对急腹症的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析395例急腹症的超声表现并与手术病理、随访结果进行对照。结果:395例急腹症中以急性胆囊炎、阑尾炎、泌尿系结石、妇科急症常见,共334例,占85%,其它急腹症61例,占15%。经手术和病理证实219例,176例临床随访证实。超声符合率89.9%。结论:超声对急腹症的早期诊断具有重要意义,是急腹症首选的诊断方法。

Objective： To explore the clinical value of ultrasound in diagnosis of acute abdomen in adults. Methods： The ultrasonographic features of 395 acute abdomen cases were analyzed retrospectively, and compared with pathology and clinical follow-up results. Results：In 395 cases, acute cholecyslilis, appendicitis, urinary system calculus and gynecological acuted diseases were frequent encountered diseases, occuping 85%（334/395）. 219 cases were confirmed by operation and pathology. 176 cases were cornfirrnad by clinical follow-up. The ultrasonographic diagnosis has been 89.9% accordance to clinical diagnosis. Conclusion： Uhrasonograpby plays an imprtant role in diagnosis of acute abdomen, and it is the first choice of diagnosis method in most acute abdomen cases.
