高强度聚焦超声和乙醇阻滞腹腔神经节对内脏大神经放电的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察高强度聚焦超声(High intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)和乙醇阻滞腹腔神经节(celiac ganglion,CG)对内脏大神经(Left greater splanchnic nerve,LGSN)放电的影响。方法:10只兔,随机分为HIFU组5只和乙醇组5只,分别用HIFU和95%乙醇阻滞CG,记录阻滞前与阻滞后节前和节后神经纤维对胃扩张(gastric distension,GD)的放电。结果:阻滞后行GD,HIFU组LGSN放电频率无明显改变(P>0.05),而乙醇组明显增加(P<0.01)。安静时,阻滞后乙醇组LGSN放电频率有非常显著的增加(P<0.01),两组节后纤维放电频率均减少,电压降低(P<0.01)。结论:HIFU可以立刻同时完善地阻断交感神经和内脏感觉神经的传导,乙醇可立刻阻断交感神经的传出神经纤维,对内脏感觉神经的传导阻滞程度较HIFU差。 Objective: To observe the influence of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) and alcohol blocking celiac ganglion (CG) on the discharge frequency of left greater splanchnic nerve (LGSN) and postganglion fibre. Methods: 10 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: HIFU and alcohol groups with five rabbits in each group. CG was blocked by HIFU and 95% alcohol separately. The discharge of postganglion and preganglion fibre to gastric distension (GD) was recorded. Results: After blocked by HIFU, the discharge frequency of LGSN showed no obvious changes, however the alcohol group kept increasing in discharged frequency to GD (P〈0.01). The discharge frequency of LGSN blocked ganglion by alcohol significantly increased (P〈0.01). Two ways both led to decrease of discharge frequency and voltage of postganglion fibre. Conclusions: HIFU can block the conduction of sympathetic nerve and visceral afferent fibre completely at once. Alcohol can block sympathetic efferent nerve just as HIFU, but the degree in blocking the conduction of visceral afferent fibre is less than HIFU.
