摘要
目的:探讨孕鼠肝内胆汁淤积症致胎鼠心电图的异常。方法:应用雌、孕激素建立妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症大鼠模型,通过Powerlab生物信号处理系统Chart 5软件引导妊娠第20天和第21天胎鼠宫内心电图。结果:(1)妊娠第20天,胆淤模型组1孕鼠血清总胆汁酸(TBA)水平为(64.3±5.2)μmol/L;妊娠第21天,胆淤模型组2孕鼠血清总胆汁酸(TBA)水平为(78.5±4.5)μmol/L。两组比较差异有极显著性,P<0.01。(2)妊娠第20天,胆淤模型组1持续观察90min,胎鼠心电图均显示正常;妊娠第21天,胆淤模型组2实验开始时胎鼠心电图正常,持续观察29.3±6.4min后出现胎鼠心律不齐,继续观察23.5±4.6min后胎鼠死亡,而正常对照组2持续观察90min,胎鼠心电图均正常。结论:孕鼠肝内胆汁淤积症时胎鼠死亡前出现短暂的心律失常阶段。
Objective: To investigate fetal rats abnormal electrocardiograms in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP). Methods: The animal model of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy was induced by 17-α-Ethinylestradiol and Progesterone. The electrocardiograms of fetal rats by conceptual day 20^th (Groupl), day 21^st (Group2) were evaluated with Powerlab biologic signal extracting and analyzing system Chart 5 Software. Resu/ts: ①The serum total bile acids (TBA) levels of pregnant rats of ICP were 64.3 ± 5.2(μ mol/L) in group 1.78.5 ± 4.5(μmol/L) in group 2, respectively, which showed significant differences (P〈0.01). ②It showed all normal electrocardiograms of fetal rats in Groupl over 90 minutes continuous observation. In Group2, fetal rats arrhythmias appeared after 29.3 ± 6.4 minutes normal electrocardiograms observed initially; About 23.5 ± 4.6 ( range 15-30 ) minutes fetal rats arrhythmias later, fatal ventricular arrhythmias came out and the fetal rats died suddenly. Conclusion: It demonstrated that fetal arrhythmias contribute to fetal sudden death in ICP.
