摘要
通过用真空自耗电极电弧凝壳熔铸炉,直接在熔化电极上配制合金,经一次熔炼后浇注成钛合金铸件。文中着重探讨了合金化的机理,并对熔铸后的钛合金铸件进行了化学成分分析、合金化均匀性、力学性能和金相组织的检验。证明了该熔铸工艺的可行性。
Charging mixtures in the electric pole and manufacturing titanium castings though single melting by VAR. Mechanism is discussed in this article. By the analysis of chemical components, homogeneity of alloying, mechanical properties and metallographic examinations, practicability of the melting technique is proved.
