尿酸与CNS炎症性脱髓鞘病
摘要
尿酸是嘌呤代谢的产物,作为一种内源性抗氧化剂,在CNS炎症性脱髓鞘病的病理损害过程中有保护作用。多发性硬化(MS)患者的血清尿酸水平低于其他神经系统疾病患者,处于MS急性期患者的血清尿酸水平低于非急性期患者。血清尿酸水平的动态检测有助于MS复发与缓解的判断。该文就此进行综述。
