中部地区资源型优势产业培育的案例研究——以河南省铝工业为例

A Study of Cases of Breeding Superior Resource Industry in the Centre of China──Taking the Aluminum Industry of Henan Province as an Example

当前,我国区域经济呈现整体非均衡和局部一体化两大基本特征,比较优势的挖掘以及在此基础上优势产业的培育成为区域经济发展的关键。根据比较优势理论以及竞争优势理论的最新发展,比较优势可以分为外生比较优势和内生比较优势。本文选取河南铝工业作为中部地区资源型优势产业的一个样本,通过对行业危机的案例分析,说明资源型优势产业培育的关键在于摆脱对外生比较优势的依赖,强化内生比较优势,并针对当前河南铝工业的现状与问题提出一些对策建议。

There are two basic features of imbalance and local integration m Chinese locat economy. The key for the development of the central China economy is to discover the comparative superiority and thereafter breeding the superior industry. According to the theory of comparative superiority and competitive superiority, comparative superiority can be divided into ectogenic and endogenetic one. This paper chooses Henan aluminum industry as an example of superior resource industry in central China, and after the analysis of the case of industry crisis to illustrate the key of breeding the superior resource industry lies in casting off the dependence on ectogenic comparative superiority, strengthen endogenetie comparative superiority and put forward to some strategies and advices aiming at the situation and problems of Henan aluminum industry.
