新鲜多层羊膜移植治疗难治性角膜溃疡的临床体会

摘要 目的观察新鲜多层羊膜移植治疗难治性角膜溃疡的效果。方法17例(17只眼)角膜溃疡患者采用新鲜多层小羊膜片铺垫溃疡内外加大羊膜片覆盖。结果17只眼的视力均有不同程度提高,视力0.04-0.1者 9只眼,0.2-0.6跟者7只眼,0.8者1只眼。无1例羊膜过早脱落。结论新鲜羊膜取材容易,羊膜移植手术简单,是治疗难治性角膜溃疡的较好方法。 Objective To observe the effect of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation in refractory corneal ulcer Methods small fresh multilayer amniotie membrane pieces was inside comeal ulcer , than big fresh anmiotic membrane covered on cornea. Results The vision of 17 eyes was improved in different extent . Visual acuity was 0.04 to 0.1 in 9 eyes, visual acuity was 0.2 to 0.6 in 7 eyes, visual acuity was 0.8 in one eye. No Amniotic membrane has early fallen off corneal ucer in any case. Conduslon Fresh multilayer amniotic membrane transplantation is a very effextive method for the treatment of refractory corneal ulcer.
