摘要
目的探讨经鼻内窥镜手术修复眼眶爆裂性骨折的疗效。方法回顾性总结2002-2005年经鼻内窥镜手术修复单纯爆裂性眶骨壁骨折所致复视7例的治疗效果。结果 7例复视中,4例复视消失,2例正前方复视消失,1例复视较术前改善。术后随访3-9月,平均4．4月,治愈好转率为85．7％。术前与术后斜视角度均有明显改善。结论经鼻内窥镜修复较小的单纯爆裂性眶骨壁骨折可获得良好疗效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of treating the orbit blow-out tracture with the operauon mrougn endoscopic transnasal. Methods Summarized retrospectively the efficiacy of the treatment on the 7 diplopia cases with blow-out fracture through endoscopic transnasal surgeries from Octobur 2002-March 2005. Results 4 cases were symptonfree, 2 cases frount double-vision were disapeared. The follow-up time was 3 ～ 9 monthes （ median 4.4 monthes） afrer surgry. The treatment rate is 85.7%. Conclusion The transnasal endoscopic surgery can reconstruct the isolate blow-out fracture efficiently.
