摘要
目的评价白首乌药材质量,为新药研究提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法定量分析白首乌二苯酮;原子吸收分光光度法测定元素;紫外可见分光光度法定量分析磷脂。结果两批药材的白首乌二苯酮含量分别为0.073 3 mg/g0、.099 5 mg/g;测定了钾、磷、镁、硫等元素的含量;磷脂的含量分别为2.64 mg/g0、.43 mg/g。结论本方法准确、快速、可靠,为测定白首乌二苯酮、元素及磷脂含量提供了科学依据。
Objective For provide basis to develop new drugs that has made to evaluate the quality of Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight. Methods HPLC was used todetermine the content of Baishouwu benzophenone; the element of material medica was analysed by AAS method ;and UV-Vis method was used to determine the content of lecithin. Results The contents of Baishouwu benzophenone were 0. 0733 mg· g^-1 and 0. 0995 mg·g^-1 ,respectively;it was also determined the contents of Kalium, Phosphor, Magnesium, Sulfur ,etc; the contents of lecithin were 2.64 mg· g^-1 and 0.43 mg· g^-1 , respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and can be used to evaluate the quantitative of Baishouwu benzophenone, elements and lecithin.
