高效液相色谱法测定舒肝丸中芍药苷含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Shugan Pills by HPLC

目的 建立舒肝丸中芍药苷含量测定方法。方法 采用C18柱，以甲醇：水（25：75）为流动相，检测波长为243nm。结果 线性范围为0．20～1．00μg，本法回收率为99．88％，RSD为1．41％。结论 本法操作简便易行，可供舒肝丸中芍药苷质量控制用。

Objective To establish determined method of paeoniflorin in Shugan Pills. Methods C18 column was used with methyl alcohol-water（ 25 ： 75） as mobil phase and the detecting wavelength at 243nm. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.20～1.00 ug, the average recovery rate was 99.88% and RSD was 1.41%, for the control quality respectively. Conclusion The method was simple and reliable, and could be used of paeoniflorin in Shugan Pills.
