Synthesis and Insecticidal Activity of 2-(N'-Dichlorochrysanthemoy-lureido)pyrimidine Derivatives

采用活性基团拼接法,以酰基脲为骨架,把二氯菊酸与取代-2-氨基嘧啶环连接起来,合成了7种未见文献报道的2-(N'-二氯菊酰脲基)嘧啶衍生物,其结构经IR,1HNMR,元素分析得到确证,初步的生物活性测试表明部分化合物具有一定的杀虫活性.

Seven 2-（N＇-dichlorochrysanthemoylureido）pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized from the corresponding dichlorochrysanthemic acid in four steps. The structures of all these novel target compounds were confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR spectra and elemental analyses, and the preliminary biological activity tests indicated that some target compounds had certain insecticidal activity.
