摘要
研究了从双氧水氢化废镍催化剂中以硫酸镍形式回收镍的工艺方法。确定了最佳工艺条件:碱化反应温度为(120±2)℃,n(NaOH):n(Al2O3)=2.2:1,碱液质量分数为30%,反应时间为90min,此时铝的去除率可达到99.3%;酸化反应温度为90~95℃,反应时间为120min。在上述条件下,产品收率为81.5%,产品质量达到GB6392—86国家标准。
A method for recovering nickel in hydrogenate used catalyst of hydrogen peroxide in nickel sulfate form has been developed. The optimum teehnology conditions of alkalization reaetion were temperature 120 ± 2 ℃, reaction time 90 min,mole ratio of NaOH to Al2O3 2.2:1 and eoneentration of eaustie soda was 30 % ,the removal rates of Al2O3 was 99.3 %. The optimum conditions of acidulation reaction were temperature 90-95℃, reaction time 120 min. Under these conditions yield of the produet was 81.5 % and the quality can meet the national standard GB6392 - 86.
