多组分一维γ-Fe2O3纳米材料制备及微波吸收性能

摘要 利用共沉淀法制备铁黄样品,并通过还原、氧化工艺得到以一维针形γ-Fe2O3为主的纳米磁性材料,考察了不同掺杂元素、还原温度、氧化温度对微波吸波性能的影响。结果表明:掺杂元素Co、Ni可以较大提高材料的吸波性能.还原温度500℃、氧化温度240℃是较佳条件。 α- FeOOH were obtained with chemical eopreeipitation method. Through deoxidation and oxidation, One -dimensional γ-Fe2O3 magnetic materials were prepared. And the influences of temperature and dopant on its microwave absorption were discussed. The preferable conditions are deoxidic temperature 500℃ and oxidic 240℃; Adulterant Co, Ni can improve absorption. The results are also discussed on the basis of various possible mechanisms.
