摘要
本文应用玉米粉、地瓜粉等富舍淀粉物质与丙烯酸的接枝共聚制备高倍率的吸水性树脂。研完了丙烯酸不同中和度、反应时间及不同的吸水体系(吸去离子水、自来水度雨水)等因素对接枝产物吸水性能的影响。采用玉米粉制备的吸水树脂吸去离子水780倍,吸自来水320倍,吸雨水640倍;用地瓜粉制备的吸水树脂吸去离子水680倍,吸自来水260倍,吸雨水590倍:这对玉米、地瓜等农作物的进一步深加工开辟了一条实用的途径。
The flour of crops such as corn and sweet potato were studied by graft copolymerization using acrylic acid. The different water such as de - ionized water, running water and rain water which affected the absorbency of copolymers were researched. The copolymer prepared by corn flour and acrylic acid can absorb de - ionized water 780g/g, running water 320g/g, and rain water 640g/ g. The copolymer of sweet potato flour and acrylic acid can absorb de- ionized water 680g/g, running water 260g/g, and rain water 590g/g, These experimental results will be valuable for developing the corn and sweet potato crops.
