纳米TiO2/聚邻氯苯胺复合膜的制备及其电化学性

摘要 采用1mol/L硫酸作为介质,扫描速度为100mV/s,扫描电位为-0.2—0.8V,用循环伏安法在纳米二氧化钛(Nano—TiO2)膜电极上实现了邻氯苯胺的电化学聚合,借助透射电镜、X射线衍射仪对制得的Nano—TiO2/聚邻氯苯胺复合膜进行表征。结果表明:复合膜的生成、峰电流的大小受溶液浓度、扫描速度以厦扫描电位的影响,成膜速度随溶液浓度增大而加快,但膜稳定性降低,峰电流随扫描速度和电位增大而提高,可逆性降低,复合膜中TiO2以10-35nm晶粒分散于聚邻氯苯胺中。 Polymerization of o - chloranline on a nanocrystalline titanium dioxide film electrode ( Nana - TiO: ) has been achieved in a medium of lmol/L sulfuric acid with scanning voltage -0. 2 ~ 0. 8V at rate 100mV/s. The complex film is charactered by means of TEM and XRD. The result shows that the formation of complex film and the values of peak current are influenced by the concentrations of sulfuric acid and aniline, the scanning rates and the scanning voltage on Nana - TiO2. The more the solution concentration is, the more the membrane formation, whereas the stabilities of membrane decreased. The peak current increased with the elevating of scanning rates and potential , but the reversibility decreased under the same condition. It also shows that the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles of 10 ~ 35nm in diameter are incompletely coated by poly - o - chloranline.
