摘要
分析了静熔焊时的触头间电场与温度场分布规律,估算了触头熔化深度与面积;研究了触头熔焊强度与金属材料性质参数及金相状态间的关系。
This paper analyses the electric field and temperature distributions across the contacts when static welded and gives the estimation of the melting depth and area on the electrode. Also,the relations between the welding strength and the material properties as well as metallographic state are investigated.
