氟硼酸体系中1,4-丁炔二醇对铝的吸附及缓蚀作用

摘要 采用失重法研究了1,4-丁炔二醇对铝在氟硼酸体系中的缓蚀作用,并应用吸附理论和Sekine方法处理实验数据。结果表明,1,4-丁炔二醇对铝在氟硼酸体系中的腐蚀有良好的抑制作用,1,4-丁炔二醇在铝表面上产生了吸附.低浓度下吸附基本符合Langmuir等温式,缓蚀率随温度和浓度的增大而增大。根据这些结果,讨论了吸附与缓蚀作用之间的关系。 The corrosion inhibition of butyne diol on aluminum in fluoboric acid has been investigated by weight- loss method. The experimental data have been treated with adsorption theory and Sekine method. It was shown by result that butyne diol has efficiently inhibited the corrosion of aluminum in fluoboric acid solution. It is believed that butyne diol was adsorbed on aluminum surface. At the low concentration the adsorption of butyne diol obeys basically Langmuir's isotherm. The efficiency of corrosion inhibition is increased with raising temperature and concentration. Relationship between adsorption and corrosion inhibition has been discussed according to the experimental results.
