摘要 目的:运用PIPTestCard技术和BVBlue快速诊断试剂,分别检测阴道分泌物中的脯氨酸氨基肽酶(PIP)及唾液酸酶(sialidase)的活性,探讨其在细菌性阴道病(BV)诊断中的价值。方法:选取我院妇科门诊疑为BV患者480例,每例患者均一次性留取3份阴道分泌物标本,分别作PIP和唾液酸酶活性检测及传统的Amsel临床诊断标准的判断,然后对2种试剂盒的检测结果与Amsel结果进行对比分析。对确诊的BV患者采用阿希米治疗。结果:PIPTestCard与Amsel方法的符合率(97.1%)显著高于BVBlue的符合率(93.8%),PIPTestCard、BVBlue分别与Amsel方法相比,均具有较高的特异度和阳性预测值(100%,100%),敏感度、阴性预测值前者(95.2%,93.1%)显著高于后者(89.7%,86.3%)。结论:阴道分泌物PIP和唾液酸酶活性检测特别是PIPTestCard法是诊断BV较为可靠的方法。 Objective To assess the detection of PIP and sialidase activities in the vagina secretion using PIP Test Card technique and bacterial vaginosis (BV) Blues fast test in the diagnosis of BV. Methods Four hundred and eighty outpatients with suspected BV were included. Three vaginal secretion specimens in each sufferer were taken for PIP and sialidase activities detection. The traditional Amsel clinic standard was also used for judgment. Results The consistent rate between the PIP Test Cad and the Amsel method (97.1%) was obviously higher than that between the BV Blue test and the Amsel method (93.8%). In comparison with the Amsel method, both the PIP Test Card and the BV Blue test had better specificity and positive predictive value (100%, 100%). The sensitivity and the negative predictive value of the PIP Test Card and the BV Blue test (95.2%, 93.1%) were significantly higher than those of the Amsel method (89.7%, 86.3%).Conclusions The PIP and the sialidase activities examination in the vagina secretion, especially using the PIP Test Card,is a reliable method for the diagnosis of BV.
