The Problems and Countermeasures of the Rural Social Security System in Our Country

我国农村社会保障制度存在覆盖面小、社会化程度低、保障体系不健全、管理体制分散和法制不健全等问题,应本着公平与效率相结合、法制化与自愿自治相结合以及制度统一设计与因人因地制宜相结合的原则采取相应对策予以完善。

There exist many problems in our country＇s rural social security system that range is small, socializing degree is low, security system is unhealthy, management system is dispersal and legal system is imperfect etc. So the measures should be taken according to the principles of combination between fairness and efficiency, legalization and unconstmint and integrating design and taking different measures according to different persons and phces.
