摘要
本文在混纤丝及各组份拉伸性能测试及实验结果基础上,建立异种组份平行组合混纤维在拉伸状态下的应力-应变模型,得到该模型的应力应变方程,进而模拟出应力应变曲线,与混纤丝及各组份伸实验结果对比具有较好的一致性,由此说明混纤丝总应力应变与各组份应力应变的叠加关系。
This paper deals with tensile test method and exprimental results of blended filament composed of parallel components, e.g., PET and rayon filaments. At first, the mechanical model of blended filament composed of parallel components was established. From the mechanical model, the stress-strain equation of the model was then deduced. According to the results of theoretical calculation and experiment, there is good agreement between the experiment curves and the simulated curves of the model. The curve for the blended filament'is the superposition of component curves.
