摘要
介绍了以硬脂酸盐类为固化剂合成固体酒精的方法.用正交实验法研究了固化剂类型、固化剂用量以及硬脂酸与氢氧化钠溶液的配比等因素对固体酒精的合成及产品性能的影响。
The synthesis method of solid alcohol with stearate as solidfying agent is introduced.The effects of the types and amount of solidfying agents,and the ratio between stearic acid and sodiun hydroxide on the synthesis process and properties of products are discussed with orthogonal tests.The optimal process conditions and formulations for preparing solid alcohol are defined.
