摘要
根据氧离子陷阱势垒模型,采用CFSO-BEBO计算法计算和分析了若干过渡金属在CO气体中的表面吸附和反应活化能,对把过渡金属作为催化剂使用以提高传感器的选择性进行了探讨。
With the oxygen ion trap potential model of surface structure of transition metal, the CSFO BEBO calculating method is used to calculate the surface adsorption and reaction activation energy of the transiton metal in CO gas. The computing results show that the setection of transition metal to improve the characters of gas sensor has its rule in manufacture of CO gas sensor.
