摘要
以赤霉素ＧＡ＿３为起始物，经十步，合成了赤霉素的环氧衍生物ｅｎｔ－１３－乙酰氧基－１α，１０α－环氧基－３β－羟基－１－甲基－２０－去甲赤霉素－１６－烯－７，１９－二酸－７，１９－二甲酯，这是一个新化合物．与此同时，还合成了其他三个新化合物，并通过~１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ、^（１３）Ｃ－ＮＭＲ、ＭＳ等分析方法证实了它们的结构．
The epoxides of gibberellin (ent-13-acetoxy-1α, 10α-epoxy-3β-hydroxy-1-methyl-20-norgibberell-16-en-7, 19-dioic acid, 7, 19-dimethyl ester) which is a new compound was synthesied from gibberellin A_3 by ten steps. At the same time, the other three new compounds were also prepared. The structures were assigned by a combination of ￣1H, ￣(13)C-n. m. r. and mass spectroscopy.
