摘要
采用pH梯度法提取虎杖中的大黄素,波谱分析鉴定其结构,然后用滤纸扩散法及薄层色谱自显影生物技术研究其对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、绿脓杆菌、草分枝杆菌的抗菌效果.结果显示:大黄素对这5种细菌均有抑制作用,其在薄层色谱板上最小的抑菌量分别是:金黄色葡萄球菌为2.35μg;大肠杆菌为75μg;枯草芽孢杆菌为4.7μg;绿脓杆菌为4.7μg;草分枝杆菌为18.8μg.
The ernodin was extracted by pH gradient method from Polygonum Cuspidatum and its structure was identified by spectral analysis. The antibacterial acyivities of the emodin against 5 bacterial strains was studied by paper disco diffusion method and thin layer chromatography bioautography technique. It was found that the emodin showed activities against Bacillus subtillus, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycobacteium phlei, Escherichia coil and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It showed strong to moderate inhibitory effect on all the tested bacteria with minium inhibition amounts on TLC plate from 2.35μg to 75μg.
