摘要 对植物细胞程序性死亡(PCD)的分析测试方法进行了较全面的综述,包括细胞形态学观察法、反映细胞膜完整性的方法和反映DNA片段化的方法。并对植物细胞程序性死亡分析测试方法的发展趋势作了讨论。 In this paper the analytical methods of programmed cell death (PCD) of plant is presented. The morphological and biochemical characterization of apoptosis is described. The analytical methods of PCD, including morphological observation, agarose gel electrophoretic anallfsis, flow cytometry, in situ DNA labelling analysis, anti-ssDNA MAbs and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is emphasied; The trend of analytical methods of PCD is also discussed.
