摘要
采用太极拳运动作为干预因子,探讨太极拳运动对老年人平衡能力的影响。采用美国产EquiTestTM动态平衡仪、以及平衡能力简单测试方法,闭目原地踏步、平衡木上行走、起立-走的测试、闭眼单足站立、强化Romberg检查的测试、垂直X书写、改良Wolfson测试、前庭步测试。对常练太极拳(2年以上)的女55以上,男60岁以上的老人、以及不进行太极拳锻炼的对照组同龄老年人男女,进行平衡功能测量。测试结果表明,太极拳运动对保持和延缓老年人平衡能力下降有明显的功效,可使老年人的前庭、躯体感觉、肌肉力量、抗外部干扰、行动的敏捷、协调能力等能力增强,从而延缓平衡能力的下降。
The study explored the impact of Taijiquan on balance ability of the aged people in order to offer the good theoretical foundation for helping the aged people do exercises and improving the balance ability of the aged people effectively. The computerized tests of Equi - Test and the simple test method of balance ability, including the Vestibular Stepping, Walking on a balance bar, Get Up - Go, Standing on one leg with the eyes closed, Romberg ,the Vertical X Writing , improved Woffson test, the Gait during ten step, were adopted among the aged people in this study. The aged people including over 55 women and over 60 men who usually participated in Taijiquan exercise (more than two years ) and the others had no participation experience. Based on the comparative analysis on the testing results of the two groups, it was founded that Taijiquan can maintain and delay old people' s balance ability to drop obviously, and improve their vestibule, body feel, muscle strength, resist outside interfere, agility, coordination ability. Therefore, Taijiquan's sport can delay the decline of balance ability.
