Research on Impacts of Periodical High-intensity Sport Training on the Immune Function of Aerobic Athletes

摘要 为研究长周期性大强度运动训练对竞技健美操运动员免疫机能的影响,选取高校竞技健美操运动员6名(全部为男性),训练年限分别为3~7a,测试其在大强度训练期间1)外周血T细胞亚群包括CT^3+、CD^4+、CD^8+以及CD^4/CD^8;2)外周血NK细胞毒活性;3)外周血细胞因子包括白细胞介素-1和白细胞介素-6。结果显示:大强度运动训练在一定程度上对健美操运动员的免疫系统产生明显的抑制作用。 In order to explore the impacts of the periodical high-intensity sport training on athlete's immune function of aerobics athletes, 6 male college aerobics athletes with the training of 3-7 years were selected and tested through several indexes during the high-intensity sport training. The main test indexes included that inferior group of periphery blood T cell including CD^3+ , CD^4+ , CD^8+ and CD^4/CD^8 ; blood NK cell's malicious activation of periphery; the factors of periphery blood cell including leucocytes that are lain between plainly - 1 and leucocytes that are lain between plainly-6. The results showed that high-intensity sport training had remarkable restraining effects on the immune system of aerobics athlete.
