放松音乐及音乐电针对有氧运动疲劳的恢复效果

Research on Effects of Relaxing Music and Music Electrotherapy on Aerobic Exercise-Induced Fatigue

用聆听放松音乐或足三里音乐电针法对49名男大学生的有氧运动疲劳治疗15 min,通过心率、下肢肌力、血糖、尿蛋白、视觉简单反应时、主观体力感觉(RPE)等生理、生化及心理指标评估和比较疗效。结果:两种疗法均使心率及RPE显著下降;放松音乐还可显著降低尿蛋白,并有缩短视觉简单反应时的趋势;音乐电针使RPE下降的幅度超过听放松音乐,但下肢肌力及血糖显著均低于治疗前,视觉简单反应时有延长趋势,并显著长于安静状态。表明:放松音乐能促进心血管及心理疲劳恢复,增强肾脏调节能力,改善中枢及骨骼肌疲劳状态;音乐电针对心理疲劳的恢复效果优于放松音乐,对心血管疲劳的作用与放松音乐相近,而对骨骼肌疲劳、中枢疲劳及机能状态下降等的作用不及放松音乐。

The effects of relaxing music and music electro-acupuncture at zusanli （ST36） on aerobic exercise-induced fatigue were evaluated and compared among 49 male undergraduates by the comparison of heart rates, muscle strength of lower extremities, blood glucose, urine protein, simple reaction time and ratings of perceived exertion （RPE） before and after the 15-minute treatment. The results showed that heart rates and RPE decreased significantly after both the two kinds of therapy, and there was remarkably decrease in RPE after music electrotherapy. Urine protein had a significant reduction and simple reaction time showed a descending tendency compared with those before the application of relaxing music. Nevertheless muscle strength and blood glucose reduced obviously compared with those before music electrotherapy, and simple reaction time, which was even longer significantly after the treatment than that in sedentary condition, showed an increasing trend. The results suggest that relaxing music has better effects on the recovery of central and muscular fatigue and the improvement of the regular capacity of kidney than music electrotherapy. While the latter shows better effects on the recovery of psychological fatigue than the former. Simultaneously music electrotherapy also has a similar influence on cadiovaseular fatigue compared with relaxing music.
