湖南省侗族地区中小学体育现状与发展对策研究 被引量:15

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of PE in Elementary and Middle Schools in Dong Minority Area in Hunan Province

摘要 采用问卷调查法等对湖南省侗族地区4个县24所中、小学校的体育现状进行了调查。结果表明:湖南省侗族地区中、小学体育教师数量能满足教学的需要,学历、职称层次偏低,年龄结构较合理,科研能力差;体育工作条件差,体育经费、场地、器材严重不足,教师工作量大、待遇低;体育教学“放羊式”现象较严重,丰富的侗民族传统体育资源作为体育教学内容未被开发与利用;课余体育活动开展有待加强,但侗民族传统体育与学校体育训练有机结合的模式,可提供思考和借鉴。针对存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。 Adopted questionnaire survey, this paper conducted an investigation on the status quo of physical education (PE) in 24 elementary and middle schools of 4 counties across Dong minority area in Hunan province. The result indicated that the PE instructors of these schools can meet the teaching demand in number and are reasonable on age structure ; however, PE teachers have relatively lower educational background and professional tide, poor ability of scientific research, as well as large workload, poor payment, and unstable profession thought. Meanwhile their working conditions are poor and playgrounds and stadium, and necessary equipments are very short since sports funds are very limited. Consequently, PE classes can't be offered normally and extracurricular sport activities can't be carried out systematically. And the nationality traditional sport activities of Dong nationality haven't been exerted. The combination of the folk traditional sport activities of Dang minority and PE course should be explored further, The strategies aiming to solve existing problems were proposed.
