摘要
运用文献资料法、调查访问法、数理统计法、实验法等研究方法,对青少年男子标枪运动员助跑速度训练进行实验研究。通过对标枪运动员助跑速度进行训练,旨在探索更加科学合理的训练方法,依此来提高运动员运动成绩。结果发现:1)决定标枪飞行远度的是出手速度,完整技术中的助跑速度是决定出手速度的因素之一。2)确定标枪合理助跑速度的主要目的在于提高运动员的助跑速度能力和完整技术水平的发挥,从而提高助跑速度速度的利用率。3)投掷步的步长要根据运动员的身体条件而定,交叉步的合理与否直接影响到速度,技术的发挥,所以过大过小都会影响到助跑速度的稳定性。4)助跑速度的针对性训练对运动员出手速度以及技术水平的提高具有较大促进作用。
Adopted the methods of the documentary analysis, interview, statistical analysis, and experiment, this study conducted an experimental research on the velocity training to adolescent javelin sportswoman, in order to explore the rational training method and improve the sport achievement of athletes. The results of this study indicated that: 1)The flight distance of Javelin is decided by the velocity off hands, and the velocity in the integrated technique is one of the decisive factors, which decides the velocity off hands; 2)The main aim of defining the rational speed of running is to improve the ability of running velocity of athletes and the achievement of the integrated technique, thereby promoting the effectiveness of running velocity; 3)The step of hurls stage must be on the basis of the body conditions of sportswoman, and the rationality of crossing step will have great impact on the achievement of running speed and running technique, thereby affecting the stability of running speed; 4)The training aiming at sportsman's running velocity can promote the velocity off hands and the level of skills greatly.
