摘要
选用480只48周龄的海蓝红蛋鸡,分成15个试验组和1个对照组,采用二次回归正交组合试验设计,对日粮中添加不同水平的亚麻籽、维生素E和抗氧宝对鸡蛋品质的影响进行了研究。结果表明:亚麻籽、维生素E和抗氧宝三因素对鸡蛋品质的影响不显著(P>0.05);且各组之间的鸡蛋品质的差异也不显著(P>0.05)。因此,可以利用此三因素生产富含多不饱和脂肪酸的保健蛋。
In order to study the effect of adding different concentration of linseed Vitamin E and Kangyangbao in diet on egg qulity of layers,four hundred and eighty layers aged 48 weeks were randomly divided into 16 groups which were fed with different diets respectively, The result show that the egg qulity was not influenced by three factors,and there have no change dignificantly among every group in five weeks. So, it can be produced unpolysaturated heathy eggs by adding three factors.
