摘要
本文主要介绍了一种节能型真空冷冻干燥机,利用真空余热回收的热水作为冻干制品升华热源,改变了传统的加热方式,为食品真空冷冻干燥机的应用创造了条件。
Energy saving vacuum freeze drying plant was introduced. Making use of heat - water of waste - heat recovery in vacuum as sublimation heat source of freeze drying manufacture good, transforming the heating way of old in order to freeze drying plant of food in vacuum were diseussed.
