针灸歌赋腧穴主治研究

Study on the indications of acupoints presented in verses of acupuncture and moxibustion

针对古代针灸歌赋在传抄、转述、加工等流传过程中常发生歌赋内容的扭曲、失真现象,从文献研究的角度提出若干整理研究歌赋腧穴主治的方法:①利用歌赋注文进行研究;②同源文献比较研究;③注重考察原始文献;④比照腧穴文献研究;⑤计算机文献系统的辅助应用。通过例证说明,对针灸歌赋腧穴主治的研究,应重视多种方法的广泛运用,采取多种文献的综合利用,才能实现有效地挖掘和继承。

This paper focuses on the indications of acupoints presented in the verses of acupuncture and moxibustion, in order to redress the distorts and misunderstanding occurred during the process of the recording, impartment and re creation of these verses, this paper proposes several ways for systematizing and studying the indications of acupoints presented in the verses of acupuncture and moxibustion, including： ①the use of annotation of the verses;②comparison between literatures of same origin;③tracing the original literature;④comparison with acupoint literature;⑤application of digital literature system. This paper illustrates that multi-methods should be adopted in this research, and only by these, it is possible to better understand and inherit the legacy in verses on acupuncture and moxibustion.
