摘要
从目前国内护理人才的紧缺现状和老年人口健康与对护理照料的需求现状入手,探讨培养中医老年护理人才的可行性,认为社区护理和老年护理是现代护理人才教育改革的方向,而传统中医学在社区家居护理和老年护理方面的优势,为培养具有中国特色的老年康复护理人才以满足社会需求,提供了理论与技术保障。
From the present status of lacking nursing talents and needing professionals to take care of senior people, this paper explores feasibility of training nursing professionals for senior people health care. The writers believe that nursing in community and nursing for senior people should be the direction of educational reform of modem nursing program. Traditional Chinese medicine, which is of great advantage in community nursing and senior people nursing, can provide theoretical and technological help in training nursing professionals for senior people heath care.
