病原真菌在寄主植物定殖和致病过程中的基因表达

摘要 为了有效地侵染植物,致病真菌必须在病害循环的不同阶段识别和侵染寄主。在过去几年中,一些分子技术,例如插入突变,基于绿色荧光蛋白的报道系统和微阵序列等已经应用于病害进程分析,而且新的探究寄主植物与病原体互作方法正逐步形成,这些方法在Magnaporthe grisea的一些致病基因在病害发展的不同阶段的的表达实验中已经得到应用。
