摘要
合成了NiFe2O4-SiO2纳米复合微粒,借助傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析手段对样品的成分、结构及形貌进行了表征,利用振动样品磁场计(VSM)测定了磁核及其复合微粒的磁学性能,并在pH=6的条件下测定了样品对溴代十六烷基吡啶的饱和吸附量.结果表明:合成的纳米复合微粒分布均匀,具有磁性和吸附性能,在磁靶向治疗中具有潜在的应用价值.
The nanocomposite particles of NiFe2O4- SiO2 are synthesized. Their component, crystal structure, morphology and magnetic property are characterized by FT-IR, XRD, TEM and VSM, respectively. The adsorption of products for cetylpyridinium bromide (CPB) is also measured in the solution phase. The results indicate that the resultant products with uniform size exhibit magnetism and adsorption properties, so they have potential value of applications in magnetic drug targeting.
