摘要 心钠素的发现使心脏从一个单纯的循环动力器官跻身于内分泌器官的行列,就运动心脏而言,其内分泌改变以及对心脏形态结构与功能影响的研究,也日益引起人们的关注。本研究拟建立动、静力不同类型运动心脏的实验动物模型,对心脏产生的主要内分泌激素,如心钠素,内皮素及血管紧张素Ⅱ进行放射免疫微量测定。结果显示,不同类型运动心脏均可产生心脏内分泌的适应性改变,但心脏内分泌激素的产生部位与释放水平存在差异,动力型运动心脏内分泌激素,主要产自心房细胞,静力型运动心脏主要产自心室细胞,且循环中心脏内分泌激素水平以动力型运动心脏改变更为显著。 To approah the changes of cardiac endocrine in different kinds of athletic hearts,90 male 2-month-old SD rats were trained on electric treadmill and a static climbing apparatus for 12 weeks. The contents of cardiac and plasma atrial natriuretic factor,contents of cardiac and plasma endothelin, and contents of cardiac angiotensin Ⅱwere determined by radiolimmunoassays.The results showed that there were differences in secreting are a and releasing level of cardiac hormones in different kinds of athletic hearts.The cardiac hormones of dynamic athletic hearts were mainly secreted from atrial tissue while those of static athletic hearts were mainly secreted from ventricular tissue. The change of cordiac hormone level in dynamic athletic heart was more significant than that in static ones.
