摘要
针对发电企业的生产设备日益繁多,原有的计划维修方式已不能保证发电企业的安全经济运行,越来越多的企业正在实施和引进新的设备维修管理方式。介绍了一种研究与开发的应用于电厂或电站的点检定修管理系统。该系统利用掌上电脑及系统管理软件,综合身份识别、振动测量、红外测温、信息采集与处理、数据库与网络等先进技术,将生产现场的设备运行状态、运行参数、维护管理等信息有机地结合在一起,防止设备“过维修”和“欠维修,”减少故障发生率,达到安全、经济、科学、有效的设备管理目的。该系统的应用也为状态检修的实现奠定了基础。
With the increasing utilization of power equipment in power plants, traditional planning maintenance can not ensure the safe and economic operation; as a result, more and more power enterprises introduce new method for equipment management. A management system of Point Inspection and Regular Repair (PIRR) for power plants was developed in this paper. It uses PDA and system management sottware, and integrates many advanced technologies, such as identification, vibration measurement, infrared temperature measurement, information acquisition and processing, database and network. In addition, this system combines the operation condition, operation parameters and maintenance management information of power equipment on site to prevent the equipments from "out of maintenance" and "less of maintenance", reduce the fault probability, so as to realize the safe, economic,scientific and effective management of equipment. The application of this system also provides a good basis for the realization of predictive maintenance (PdM).
