摘要
素循环小数的数字排列不仅具有一定的规律,而且其结构具有奇妙的特征.通过研究、猜测,提出了循环小数特征值的概念,给出了一系列重要命题.
There is not only a definite law in the number arrangement of the prime recurring decimal, but also some marvelous characteristics in its structure. This paper, by studying and guessing, has advanced the concept of the characteristic value of the prime recurring decimal, and given a series of important propositions.
