摘要
用化学共沉淀法制备一种以云母粉为基体,表面包覆一层掺杂SnO2-Sb2O3超细浅色导电粉末,利用正交实验方法,确定了云母基复合导电粉末制备的最优工艺条件:包覆率为100%、SnC l4.5H2O∶SbC l3=5∶1(摩尔比),加料时间为4.0 h、pH为2.5,煅烧温度为750℃。在上述条件下,可制得体积电阻率35Ω.cm、平均粒径为40μm的浅灰色的复合导电粉末,并举例说明复合导电粉末的应用。
Micro-sheet mica was covered with a coat of P and SnO2·Sb2O3 by coprecipitation. After being calcinated, a new kind of light-colored conductive powder was prepared, the optimum condition obtained through orthogonal experiment are as follows: 100% covering rate, proportion of SnCl4·5H2O:SbC13 is 5: 1, feeding time is 4 h, pH value is 2.5. Under the condition, the conductive powder was prepared,which volume resistivity is 35 Ω·cm, average partiele size is 40 μm and illustrated its application.
