摘要
对乙脒盐酸盐定量分析方法进行了改进。将乙脒盐酸盐样品在110℃干燥6 h除去甲醇、乙腈和水分,然后测定干燥失重率和氯化铵的含量,用99%减去干燥失重率和氯化铵含量,即得乙脒盐酸盐含量。与医药行业标准相比,改进法测定操作简便、节省试剂。
The improvement of quantitative analysis of acetamidine hydrochloride was achieved. The sampie of acetamidine hydrochloride was first dried at 110℃ for 6 h for removing methanol, acetonitrile and water, and then the drying weight loss percentage on drying of acetamidine hydrochloride was calculated, the content of ammonium chloride was determined by sodium hydrate titration. The content of acetamidine hydrochloride was obtained by deducting the content of ammonium chloride and the weight loss percentage on drying of acetamidine hydrochloride from 99%. This method was noted for its advantages of simple operation and saving reagent offers the over the medicine standard one.
