摘要
以喹啉为起始原料,经过氧化、碱解、酸化合成医药中间体喹啉酸,详细考察了氧化反应时间,加料方式,催化剂用量对反应的影响,获得了喹啉酸合成优惠反应条件:n(喹啉)∶n(氯酸钠)∶n(五水硫酸铜)∶n(硫酸)∶n(催化剂)=1∶5∶1.3∶4∶0.0005,氯酸钠滴加温度97 ̄103℃,滴加氯酸钠时间20h。用此法合成喹啉酸,产品总收率74.5%,产品纯度98.2%。
Quinolinic acid was synthesized from cheap materials quinoline via oxidation, alkalization, and acidification. Effect of oxidation time, material addition pattern and catalyst amount on synthesis of quinolinic acid was investigated. The optimal conditions were as follow: molar ratio of quinolinic, sodium chlorate, copper sulphate, sulfuric acid and catalyst was 1 : 5 : 1.3 : 4 : 0.000 5. Sodium chlorate at dropped in the sotution at 97-103 ℃ ,within 20 h. The total yield and purity of quinolinic acid was 74.5% and 98.2%, respectively.
